Marc Dickerson
Marc serves as creator, author, and presenter of the Priorities, Roles, and Goals Program. He is also a counselor and consultant for the Program. He graduated from Wilmington University with a masters in School Counseling in 2002. Marc graduated from Salisbury University in 1996 with a degree in Elementary Education. He graduated from Seaford High School in 1991 where he participated in football and track. Marc enjoys watching and attending sporting events as well as writing and researching.
Karen Richmond
Karen is a key contributor to the PRG Program, involved in conceptual development and editing. She is an alumna of St. Albans High School and Concord University in West Virginia, and has also attended West Virginia College of Graduate Studies and Marshall University. Karen has 39 years of experience as an elementary school teacher at Anne Bailey Elementary School in St. Albans, West Virginia.

Caden Dickerson
Caden serves as a business consultant for Priorities, Roles, and Goals. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware in 2023. Prior to this, he graduated from Seaford High School in 2019 where he was sixth in his class and served as the class president. Caden was also involved in swimming and baseball during his high school years. Currently, he is working as a Project Manager for a major construction company. In his leisure time, Caden enjoys attending and watching sports events.
Maci Carter
Maci is a presenter and editor for Priorities, Roles, and Goals. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science and Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Delaware, and she will graduate in the Class of 2024. Maci was the class Valedictorian of Lake Forest High School in the Class of 2020. In her free time, Maci enjoys reading, running, and working out. She is actively involved in many clubs at the University of Delaware, such as the Agriculture College Council, Collegiate 4-H and FFA, and Sigma Alpha.
