Marc Dickerson
Founder, Author, Presenter & CounselorMarc created the Priorities, Roles, and Goals Program. A longtime educator, coach, counselor, and consultant, he brings decades of experience helping people find clarity, accept responsibility, and move forward with purpose.

Marc earned a master’s degree in School Counseling from Wilmington University and a degree in Elementary Education from Salisbury University. He enjoys writing, researching, and attending sporting events.

Karen Richmond
Concept Developer & EditorKaren is a key contributor to PRG’s conceptual development and editing, bringing the perspective of an experienced classroom educator.

An alumna of St. Albans High School and Concord University, Karen also attended West Virginia College of Graduate Studies and Marshall University. She spent 39 years as an elementary school teacher at Anne Bailey Elementary School.

Caden Dickerson
Business ConsultantCaden supports PRG with business insight, project-management experience, and a practical focus on organization and execution.

Caden earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware. He was class president and sixth in his graduating class at Seaford High School, where he participated in swimming and baseball.

Maci earned a degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources from the University of Delaware and was valedictorian of Lake Forest High School’s Class of 2020. She enjoys reading, running, and working out.

Lynn Schofer
Editor & Concept DeveloperLynn brings deep behavioral-health and counseling experience to PRG’s content, concepts, and approach to personal change.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Administration from Alvernia University and completed more than 700 hours of continuing education in behavioral health. She retired after 25 years in substance-abuse counseling.

Amri graduated with honors from Seaford High School, studied at Delaware Technical and Community College, and earned his degree from Clark Atlanta University. He is a school teacher and the author of the children’s book Against All Odds.
