ABOUT MARC DICKERSON

Marc Dickerson

Educator. Coach. Counselor. Author. Entrepreneur.

Marc Dickerson is an educator, coach, counselor, author, and entrepreneur whose life’s work centers on helping people recognize their potential and move forward with purpose. Born and raised in Seaford, Delaware, Marc graduated from Seaford High School before earning a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and a master’s degree from Wilmington University.

Marc’s career in education has included work with students at nearly every stage of life. He has taught at the prekindergarten, middle-school, and high-school levels, as well as within prison education. These environments strengthened his ability to connect with people, recognize individual needs, establish structure, and help others develop confidence and discipline.

Beyond the classroom, Marc has served as a coach, counselor, mentor, and community leader. His experiences in education and athletics taught him that lasting progress begins when people understand what matters, recognize the roles they hold, and establish meaningful goals.

Marc founded Duke2 Innovations, LLC to develop practical ideas, services, programs, and resources that improve people’s lives. Its flagship division, Priorities, Roles, and Goals (PRG), grew from his experiences as an educator, coach, counselor, husband, father, and community servant.

He is the author of Priorities, Roles, and Goals: “The Program”, a personal-development book designed to help readers transform chaos into clarity and turn meaningful goals into purposeful action.

Marc’s life and work are grounded in faith, family, education, service, accountability, and community. His purpose remains consistent: help people gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and take the next step toward a better future.
