How Duke2 Innovations, LLC collects and uses information submitted through PRGLife.org.

Interim operating notice · Version 1.0Effective September 2, 2026. Direct PRG checkout is paused while final legal and owner review is completed. This page does not claim legal approval.

Who operates this website

PRGLife.org is operated by Duke2 Innovations, LLC. PRG is a division of Duke2 Innovations, LLC, not a separate legal entity.

Information you submit

Forms may collect your name, email, phone number, organization, audience, selected PRG pathway or service, timing, program needs, message, newsletter choice, consent, and other information you choose to provide. Do not send sensitive student, health, counseling, financial-account, or other confidential records through general website forms.

Source and technical context

PRG forms attach the division, inquiry type, referring page, current page, and available campaign-source values so Duke2 Innovations can route and understand the request. Hosting and security providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, device, browser, requested page, and date and time.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver a requested resource; respond to an inquiry; evaluate program or workshop fit; confirm availability, scope, or fulfillment; maintain business records; prevent misuse; improve the website; and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Form and service providers

Form processing, email acknowledgments, hosting, analytics, publisher orders, and other functions may be handled by service providers. Information is shared only as reasonably needed for those functions, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety. Payment information is not currently collected through direct PRG checkout.

Newsletter choice

Newsletter consent is separate and optional unless you use the dedicated PRG Pulse signup form. Requesting the free Introduction does not subscribe you unless you select its optional newsletter checkbox. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. A newsletter request may require confirmation before active-list delivery begins.

Children and institutional audiences

This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization should manage requests involving minors.

Retention, security, and requests

Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, business records, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is guaranteed completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping duties.
