Publisher-fulfilled book
The flagship book links to AuthorHouse. The publisher or its commerce provider controls address collection, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, damage claims, returns, and refunds for those orders.
Organizational materials
Materials for a workshop or organizational program are defined in the written proposal or agreement. Quantity, delivery method, shipping, travel, reproduction rights, and any related costs must be confirmed there.
Before direct sales return
Duke2 Innovations, LLC will verify product names, prices, fees, shipping rules, quantity controls, customer emails, and fulfillment instructions before reactivating checkout and publishing final owner-approved shipping and return terms.
